Three New Topping Videos from Adam Hewison

Oct 28, 2009: 12:54 PM CST

I must say Adam Hewison of Market Club has been on a roll this week!  Instead of creating a separate post for each new video (roughly one quality new video per day), I wanted to share the links for each video – CRB Index, S&P 500, and Gold – in this single post.

1.  Let’s first start with Adam’s video on the Commodity CRB Index entitled “CRB Index Insight Video.

Adam writes:

“There is an indicator which has been around since 1957. It has accurately forecast every inflationary and deflationary cycle since.

I believe that this is the indicator that everyone should watch. If you trade stocks or futures and are interested in world trade trends, this is the indicator to track.”

2.  After the CRB Video, Adam released a “stick your neck out” video entitled “Has the S&P 500 Topped Out for the Year?

Adam comments:

“There is compelling evidence that we may have seen a top in the S&P index. In my new short video, I show you the evidence that I have found which may point to the fact that we are going to see a correction in this index.

While the S&P index needs to put in more work to create a major top, there are early signs that this may be happening. I think when you watch this video you will come to the same conclusion as I did in regards to this market.”

Adam shows converging trendlines and notes overhead resistance, MACD Divergences (which I’ve been showing as well), along with a few Fibonacci areas to watch.

3.  Finally, today, Adam released another “stick your neck out” video that I felt was quite bold where he asks the question, “Has the Gold Market Topped Out?”

“That is the big question on many traders’ minds as gold fell from a high around $1,070 to the lows seen earlier today.

In my new video that was shot at noon on Tuesday 10/27, I go into detail on what I think is going to happen to this market. I think you will see a refreshing view of the gold market and also the strategies that we’re employing to take advantage of the next big move in gold.”

I think that’s a difficult position to argue right now, but Adam does try to take an objective look at the market.  He takes a shorter-term view while interweaving his view into the longer-term bullish forecast.

Each video is around 5 minutes in duration and are free to view.  Videos are released in real time to members of Market Club and I am able to provide them to you as an affiliate member.

Adam often takes a quick look at these markets using simple approaches that I tend to miss while using more advanced methods – sometimes it’s very helpful to pull back and look at the “basic technicals” and a video format is always more enjoyable than a static chart.

Thanks to Adam and staff for making these available to us.

  1. Dan de Man Says:

There have been some huge volume spikes for UUP is the last 3 days. That's pretty bearish for all markets, especially commodities.

I like down markets better anyways because the money comes to papa a whole lot quicker.

    Thanks Corey,
    Dan
