I&#039;m using standard StockCharts.com indicators and settings for MAs:

I use the 20 and 50 period Exponential Average and the 200 period Simple Moving Average.  It might be you&#039;re using simple instead of exponential for the 20 and 50 period.  I do that because it tends to respond to price better and follows the most recent price more.
