Corey to Present on Conceptual and Convergent Trading Tactics Dec 15 in Dallas
I wanted to announce my upcoming featured presentation entitled “Conceptual and Convergent Trading Tactics” which will take place next week on Tuesday, December 15th at 7:00pm CST in Dallas, TX at the monthly meeting of the Association for Technical Analysis (AFTA) monthly meeting.
I also wanted to invite those in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to attend.
Full details can be found at the AFTA – Dallas Homepage.
Here is the introductory information for my presentation:
Topic: “Conceptual and Convergent Trading Tactics”
Speaker: Corey Rosenbloom, CMT
Corey will be introducing how price principles and market concepts form the basis of trade set-ups and price patterns. Then, he will introduce some of his favorite trade set-ups that are derived from these principles and convergences of signals across non-correlated trading methods.
Specific topics will include the following:
o How structure creates the larger context,
o Three basic types trade set-ups,
o The three types of ‘edge’ on which to focus,
o How the ‘basic’ strategies of complex methods enhance edge and probabilities
The presentation will take a generalist view of how to build strategies using foundational principles on which specific and advanced methods are constructed
Attendance is free for AFTA members and is $35 (proceeds go to AFTA) to attend if not a member.
Thank you to the Association for inviting me to speak at their meeting and I hope to see you there if you are in the area!
